Crops.
-- U. W. Thompson started Tuesday from town with his steam trashing outfit to thrash his own and crops of farmers in the neighborhood. He will commence thrashing at his place near town on Thursday. Mr. Thompson estimates the crop of wheat, barley and oats of the farmers between here and Aptos at 20,000 bushels, two-thirds of wheat. |
