Upsie Hannon Dies at Age 59.
Upsie Hannon, a long time resident of Santa Cruz died in his home at 302 Branciforte Drive. A native of Norborne, Mo., He was 59.
He is survived by he wife Annie Loyce Hannon; a son, Upsie Davis Hannon: two step--children Thomas and Alice Hannon, all of Santa Cruz; a sister, Leona Clayton, of Atchison, Kan. and several nieces and nephews, including Harry Clayton, of Santa Cruz.
Hannon was a maintenance man at Holy Cross Church, and had been caretaker ay Holy Cross Cemetery for many years.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the Ferguson chapel, 212 Laurel Street, with the Rev. Cassius Ellis officating.
Interment will be at Oakwood Memorial Park.

Born: Kansas, May 30, 1909.
Father: Sherman Hannon - Missouri.
Mother: Jennie Snow - Missouri.
Maintenance Man, Holy Cross Church.
Wife: Annie Loyce Hannon.
Buried: Oakwood.
In Santa Cruz for 12 years.
