DEATH OF JAMES BRODIS

Well Known Litigant Dies at Main Street Home Today.

James Brodis, a well known colored man of this valley, died at his home on Lower Main street about noon today. He was born in the South and was about 79 years of age.
In the early days He came to the Pajaro valley and while the mills were in operation in this viciinity hauled lumber from mountains. He owned a valuable piece of property near the edge of town.
He was divorced from his wife and leaves three children.
Funeral arrangements will be made on the arrival of his sons from San Jose.
Jim Brodis had money on deposit in several banks as follow, to-wit:--
