| When were the tracks put through from Felton to Santa Cruz? The tracks pass just below Pogonip. |

Hello Marion,
The Santa Cruz Sentinel has an article 3-20-1875 2:2 which states the tracks are just 4 miles from Santa Cruz. This should narrow the time down a little. I assume there must be a later article updating the progress but this is all I have.
